Tibetan 5 Element Tantra is a holistic healing modality rooted in the authenticTibetan lineage of the Shangpa Kangu Tradition. This practice has been orally passed down in an unbroken thread of transmission for over 1500 years. My Path to Tibetan 5 Element Tantra

My journey to becoming a tantra practitioner wasn’t a straight path. I’ve grappled with my own experiences of trauma and addiction.

For 20 years, twelve-step programs have been a cornerstone of my recovery, giving me the tools to maintain sobriety and transform my life. I am profoundly grateful for the foundation they provided.

It was through the transformative power of ancient somatic healing practices, I found not only healing but a profound connection to my body, sexuality, and spirit.

Now living sober and finding life's magic through Tibetan 5 Element Tantra, I am dedicated to guiding others on their own transformative paths, helping them discover deep fulfilment and freedom.
